I contacted Evo at Build Better Home and Property Services via a mutual acquaintance. He replied promptly, arranged a time to discuss, and offered to quote the job. The quote was professionally prepared, sufficiently detailed to avoid surprises and reasonable. He did what he said he would do, showed up on time, was polite, professional and delivered superior results in all regards. He cleaned up the job site and left with an excellent reputation and loyal customers. We'd heartily recommend Evo for all manners of home and property services.

Built Better performed some renovations on my home. I always get nervous when hiring people to perform demo and build outs on my home due to past experiences. We have used Built Better Home & Property Services multiple times and have had a great experience each time. Evo has helped us with several different home projects, including replacing our gas water heater and diagnosing our HVAC/thermostat system and helping us plan a modern controls retrofit. He is knowledgeable, thorough, dependable, and takes the time to figure out the right solution instead of rushing through the job. We would definitely use Built Better again and highly recommend them for home and property service work.
